With 25 years of experience at the intersection of sculpture, consumer products, and complex electromechanical engineering, I bring a multidisciplinary approach to product design, creative direction, and engineering. My work bridges form and function, drawing from a deep foundation in fine art, precision fabrication, and system-level engineering.
Holding a Master of Fine Arts, I began my career as a sculptor, developing a hands-on understanding of materials, structure, and aesthetics. Over time, I evolved into roles as creative director, product designer, and engineer, roles that demanded not only creativity, but also the ability to lead teams, solve complex technical problems, and manage production pipelines from concept through delivery. This journey has equipped me with a rare blend of vision and execution, striking a balance between design sensitivity and mechanical rigor.
I’ve led large-scale engineering projects, collaborating with domestic and overseas manufacturers to bring novel ideas into production. My strength lies not just in what I know, but in my ability to work through ambiguity and build new systems from first principles when no roadmap exists. Whether founding and growing a successful design and manufacturing company, creating museum-exhibited sculptural works, or directing the development of intricate thermal processing equipment, I’ve consistently turned ambitious, cross-disciplinary concepts into enduring, functional realities.
